Please prepare a computer

SSUP is an online school.

Lessons are conducted on Zoom and the free space is held on Gather (SSUP’s online school campus).

You will need a computer with internet access, a camera, and a microphone.

Please note that we do not allow attendance using a smartphone. (The screen is too small, making it difficult to see the content of the lesson and the teacher’s face, and making it hard for the child to concentrate on the lesson.)

Even if this is your first time attending an online school, our staff will provide thorough support.

We will send you a URL for the school by email.

In addition, our staff may email you to adjust the content of the trial lesson. Please kindly reply to it.

On the day of the trial lesson

The trial lesson is a one-on-one lesson with a foreign teacher, but Japanese staff will guide you, so you can feel at ease even if you don’t understand English at all.
